No. All taxes are included in the pricing. (Tourism Taxes, Sales Taxes, etc)

Yes. We offer the best vehicles with the best service at the lowest price – guaranteed. This means we will beat any of our competitor’s prices for comparable rentals.

No, we ask out of respect for other renters who are non-smokers that you refrain from smoking in the vehicle. For vehicles that have been smoked in a cleaning charge may apply.

Yes, included in the rental fee is 24-hour roadside assistance. We are on standby 24-hours a day 365 days a year to assist you with any problems you might have, mechanical or otherwise.

Due to us not having branches in other cities and being unable to provide any support to renters outside of Cape Town we do not offer inter-city rentals and ask that the vehicles not be taken further than 100 km’s outside of Cape Town.

We have a 3-hour delivery lead time. This is there to give us enough time to clean and prep the vehicle, book it out, fill it up with fuel and deliver it to you, as well as give us leeway for factors beyond our control such as traffic jams, road blocks, flat tyres etc. We would rather have your vehicle arrive earlier than the expected time than later. Please contact us to confirm short notice delivery requests.

You pay the daily rate online, on a secure payment gateway. The deposit is charged to your credit card when we deliver the vehicle to you. For short notice rentals we deliver the vehicle with a speedpoint and you swipe your credit card on delivery of the vehicle.

Pick a car online, confirm availability with us through Whatsapp then book and pay for the rental online. We will then drop off your chosen vehicle at the place and time of your choice as well as collect the vehicle at the place and time of your choice. For short notice rentals you can Whatsapp us and we will deliver the vehicle with a speedpoint machine.

The minimum age for rentals in 25 years old.

If a vehicle is unavailable for a certain day or period then the system will not process the booking when you choose days on the calendar as the vehicle is not available. Please select another vehicle for your rental period. Please contact us to confirm availability before you do an online boooking.

We ask that you keep to the speed limit. Cape Town roads are full of speed cameras. The traffic fines you incur will be charged to your account.

We accept all major currencies. The system picks up what country you are based in and charges you in that currency. If you would like to change the currency you pay in then just set the country at the checkout and the price will convert to that currency.  If you are a foreigner and would like to pay in ZAR then set the country to South Africa at the checkout.

After making a reservation a customer may cancel without any penalties and receive 100% of the rental cost refunded if the cancelation is more than 96 hours before the rental. For cancellations made shorter than 96 hours, the client will receive a 50% refund. For cancellations shorter than 48 hours or for customers that don’t show up they will be charged the full rental fee.

Far maximum convenience we deliver your chosen car to the destination of your choice (airport, hotel etc.) and collect the car at your chosen destination. We will contact you telephonically to inform you that your car is on the way and when it arrives, if you are collecting the vehicle at the airport we will ‘meet and greet’ you at the terminal and escort you to your awaiting vehicle.
